Job Description- Design, customize, document and perform testing of SAP BW data models within project timetable.
- Handle Batch Cycle operational support ( data loads monitoring and issue resolution, incident and problem resolution, downtime and performance management ).
- Acquire and apply knowledge on new IT solutions ( e.g. BW on HANA, Front-end tools and Datalake solutions ).
- Participate in workshops during project alignment and definition with business key-users. Carry out unit testing & facilitate user testing. Provide ad-hoc training and basic consulting/IT services.
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent Diploma/Vocational Experience
- Minimum 2 years SAP experience with at least 1 SAP project implementation and support management
- Possess basic business process knowledge in the relevant field
- Ability to work both in independent and team-oriented environment
- With proven analytical skills and systematic problem solving
- With very good communication skills and interpersonal relations
- English language fluency in business writing and comprehension
The candidate must be amenable to work in BGC, Taguig under a hybrid work setup (50% onsite, 50% remote).
