Role Overview:We are looking for a skilled SAP BASIS Consultant with a strong background in SAP system administration, user management, and system performance tuning. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment, supporting business-critical systems, and solving complex technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:Perform SAP BASIS administration tasks including system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
Handle user administration, authorizations, and role management across SAP landscapes.
Perform system copies, patch upgrades, kernel upgrades, and support package implementation.
Maintain system health and ensure availability of SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, PI, etc.).
Manage SAP transports and ensure smooth migration between environments.
Work closely with functional teams, infrastructure, and security teams for integrated support.
Ensure compliance with internal standards and security policies.
Provide technical support during implementations, upgrades, and daily operations.
3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP BASIS administration.
Solid experience in user administration, including role and profile management.
Strong understanding of SAP architecture and technical components.
Experience with SAP systems on different databases (HANA, Oracle, etc.) and operating systems (Linux, Windows).
Familiarity with transport management system (TMS) and system monitoring tools.
Basic troubleshooting and debugging skills.
Exposure to SAP HANA administration.
Experience with Solution Manager, SAP Router, SSL configuration.
Understanding of high-availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) setups.
Knowledge of SAP Cloud or SAP BTP platforms.
