• Seeking an experienced SAP Authorization Expert to support us in the application run area. As an SAP Authorization Expert, you will be responsible for managing and handling the application support for SAP authorizations in our SAP Platform. Ideally in Hyderabad

Job Description: 

• As an SAP Authorization Expert, you will be responsible for managing and handling the application support for SAP authorizations in our SAP Platform.

Responsibility: 

• Implement and maintain SAP authorization concepts and roles based on business requirements and security standards (SoDs) basically ticket based
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and understand authorization issues for various business processes and modules
• Troubleshoot and resolve authorization issues and conflicts
• Provide guidance and support to end-users on SAP authorization-related matters
• Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in SAP authorization management

Skill Set: 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,Information Systems, or a related field
• Extensive experience in SAP authorization administration, including role design,Segregation of duties(SoD) and access control
• Business Process knowledge in at least one of the following processes: PTP,CA,RTR,OTC, MDM
• In-depth knowledge of SAP authorization concepts and security principles
• Proficient in SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) tools and solutions, ideally SAP Cloud Identity Governance

• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to present ideas in user-friendly language.
• Successful experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication both written and verbal.

Communication 

• Facilitates team and stakeholder meetings effectively
• Holds regular status meetings / scrum meeting
• Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion
• Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully
• Astute cross-cultural awareness and experience in working with international teams (especially US)
