We are seeking an exceptional SAP Analytics & AI Lead to drive our organization's artificial intelligence initiatives within our SAP Analytics ecosystem. This strategic role will bridge advanced analytics capabilities with SAP technologies to deliver transformative business insights.
Main Responsibilities- Lead the integration of AI/ML technologies with SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BW/4HANA, and related platforms
- Design and architect end-to-end data pipelines that connect SAP systems with modern AI frameworks
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify high-value use cases for AI-powered analytics
- Build and mentor a team of analytics professionals to expand AI capabilities across the organization
- Establish governance frameworks for responsible AI implementation within SAP environments
- Drive adoption of advanced analytics tools and promote data-driven decision making
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience applying AI/ML techniques to enterprise data
- Proven expertise in Python, R, or similar languages for data science applications
- Experience with modern AI frameworks and cloud-based analytics platforms
- Knowledge of SAP technologies (HANA, Data Intelligence, Analytics Cloud) and data models
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders
