- Provide end-to-end AMS support across SAP modules, ensuring timely incident, problem, and change management.
- Maintain and enforce master data governance workflows, monitoring and improving data quality KPIs.
- Perform data cleansing, enrichment, and harmonization, driving continuous improvement in data quality processes.
- Manage SAP workflow processes for master data lifecycle, ensuring audit trails and compliance.
- Collaborate with technical teams for workflow configuration, enhancements, and integrations.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, data stewards, and IT teams, participating in governance forums.
- Support S/4HANA migration readiness, ensuring clean and standardized master data for migration.
- Assist in post-migration stabilization and AMS support, adhering to SLAs.

- 5-10+ years of experience in SAP AMS/Support roles, with strong expertise in master data and data governance.
- Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA, including SAP modules: MM, SD, FI/CO, PP, QM, PM.
- Knowledge of data governance frameworks and tools, with experience in data cleansing, de-duplication, and enrichment.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional, multi-location team, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or a related field.
