Position Summary
We are looking for a new SAP Administrator and RPA Support Specialist to join our Process Innovation team!Role and Responsibilities
- ERP/SAP 1st level support for modules SD, MM, FI-CO, MK
- Communication with 2nd and 3rd ERP/SAP support level
- ERP Authorization management
- Hybris eStore support and testing
- Report creation (monthly billing report, audit reports, etc)
- Providing technical support, training and troubleshooting to SAP end-users
- Maintain confidential information discreetly and protect employee privacy
- Contribute to design, build, implementation, testing and maintenance/ support of automation solutions
- Support existing RPA including root cause analysis, clean-up, and bug fix
- Provide clear and detailed documentation based on request
- Ad hoc tasks related team
Skills and Qualifications
- University degree, preferably in Computer science, Programming, Mathematics or related field
- Minimum 6 months of job experience in the area of IT or basic understand of RPA with automation program (Python, UiPath or PA is preferred. Blue prism, workfusion, Automation)
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Team player, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent knowledge of Excel (Excel Macro is a plus)
