SAP & Accounting Subledger Business Analyst 100% (f/m/d) - (Contract through our external payroll partner with immediate start for 12 months with possible extension)

• Impact Assessment Financial Accounting domain: Analysis of required changes to SAP S/4HANA (general ledger view) as well as related subledgers resulting from upstream application replacements (i.e. Operations, Core Banking and Markets)

• Gathering of business requirements: Analysis and definition of business requirements for SAP S/4HANA and its (product-) subledgers incl. the documentation and validation of business requirements with business owners

• Solution Development: Collaborate with IT teams to design, implement, and test solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations

• Data Analysis: Collect, analyse, and interpret business data requirements on application level for the Financial Accounting domain i.e. SAP S/4HANA

• Documentation and Reporting: Develop and maintain accurate documentation incl. business features and user stories to support project delivery

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field

• Experience as a business analyst in the banking industry, preferably in private banking or investment management

• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA and its integration with upstream applications such as trading platforms, Core Banking or risk management tools

• Strong understanding of accounting principles (e.g. accounting standards), financial products and services (e.g. Structured or OTC products, Equities, Mutual Funds, Corporate Actions)

• Experience in financial product subledgers as well as related data requirements

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and iterative development approaches

• Fluent in English, German is a plus

• SAP S/4HANA related certificates

• Hands-on experience in delivering projects requirements pragmatically and managing complex dependencies

• Strong communication and syndication skills with other SMEs
