- Candidate must have strong understanding of SAP S4HANA
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and guide SAP technical teams (Basis, Developers, Functional).
- Project Management: Oversee SAP implementation, upgrade, and migration projects from planning to delivery, managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Solution Design: Provide technical expertise for designing and enhancing SAP solutions to meet business needs.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with business units, leadership, and external partners, managing expectations and aligning technical strategy.
- Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement, defining standards, procedures, and best practices for SAP operations. Good understanding of Agile methodology and real experience
- Risk & Compliance: Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and industry regulations.
- Technical Oversight: Ensure proper configuration, performance tuning, monitoring, security, and maintenance (patching, backups) of SAP systems (ECC-ON Prem, S/4HANA ).
- Core Tech Skills & should have strong knowledge of RICEF objects & OOPs programming
- Hands on experience around ABAP on HANA , Output Management and OData/Gateway
- Implementation knowledge of standard and custom Fiori App (UI5)
- Must be able to manage customer independently, exposure to work with GCC (Global Competency Centers) and local customers will be added advantage
- Exposure of managing Project financials & should be aware of support processes.
B.E/B. Tech/MCA with 12-14 years of hands-on experience in SAP Implantation/AMS Project

Skills Required
