Analyze and verify business and technical requirements
Design, develop, test, and implement SAP ABAP solutions
Provide technical and functional support for SAP projects
Perform impact analysis for system changes and enhancements
Handle incident resolution and service requests efficiently
Develop interfaces using Web Services, Proxies, ALE, and IDOCs
Create development estimates and technical documentation
Ensure adherence to SAP development standards and best practices
Review and manage code quality of offshore ABAP team members
Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams for smooth delivery
Requirements
Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development
Strong expertise in BADI, BAPI, RFC, User Exits, and enhancements
Experience in ALE/IDOC development (5+ years preferred)
Good knowledge of SAP FI module and related data structures
Proficiency in SAP tools such as SMOD, CMOD, ST22, SAT
Strong debugging and performance optimization skills
Experience with Reports (ALV), Dialog Programming, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms
Exposure to SAP S/4HANA is an added advantage
Ability to follow documentation and coding standards strictly
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
