Gergana Tucheva is looking for a new team member.

Your daily routine would include:

• Prepare and analyze detailed technical specifications across the full lifecycle: design, prototyping, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.
• Deliver software integrations and external interfaces (e.g., RFCs, IDocs) including robust technical documentation.
• Contribute to design, specification, implementation, and maintenance of SAP applications; develop modules, functions, tables, and reports.
• Ensure stable operations: monitor and optimize batch jobs, interfaces, and data exchange with non‑SAP systems aligned to business processes.
• Collaborate closely with SAP Consultants and business requestors to co-create smart, scalable solutions.
• Go beyond implementation: challenge requirements, propose improvements, and consider E2E processes where relevant.

We’ll know you can make it if you have:

• Solid IT background.
• Strong SAP ABAP development and technical configuration skills (additional programming languages are a plus).
• Experience with core ABAP topics: RFCs, IDocs, Smart Forms, SAP Script, BAPIs, BADIs, ABAP Objects.
• Exposure to SAP Fiori/UI5 is a plus.
• Functional understanding in FI and/or MM and/or SD modules is a plus.
• Proven ability to work in international teams and cross-cultural environments
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Highly analytical with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Reliable and accountable, with a strong delivery mindset.
• A clear communicator, able to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
• A team player who can also work independently.
• Proactive and curious, motivated to improve solutions—not just implement them.
• Interested in understanding business context and E2E processes, not only isolated technical tasks.
