• Create and manage SmartForms, Adobe Forms, ALV reports, BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, and Enhancement Points.
• Develop and maintain RFCs, IDOCs, Web Services, and OData services for system integration.
• Utilize modularization and object-oriented ABAP (OOABAP) for reusable and maintainable code.
• Ensure adherence to SAP development standards and quality assurance practices.2. Functional Collaboration• Work closely with functional consultants and key users from FICO, MM, SD, and HCM modules to understand business requirements.
• Translate functional specifications into detailed technical specifications and deliver technical solutions accordingly.
• Support functional teams during system configuration, testing, and go-live activities.3. System Optimization & Support• Perform debugging, performance tuning, and optimization of existing programs.
• Ensure proper handling of change requests, incident resolutions, and technical documentation.

• Stay current with SAP’s latest technologies, including S/4HANA, Fiori/UI5, and ABAP on HANA.
• Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and internal training sessions.Required Qualifications & Experience• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5–8 years of professional experience in SAP ABAP development.
• Proven experience in projects related to FICO, MM, SD, and HCM modules.
• Hands-on experience in:
- Reports: Classical, Interactive, and ALV.
- Enhancements: BADIs, User Exits, Enhancement Framework.
- Interfaces: IDOCs, BAPIs, RFCs, OData, and Web Services.
- Forms: SmartForms, SAPScript, Adobe Forms.
- Data migration: LSMW, BDC, and custom conversion programs.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Data Dictionary, Modularization Techniques, and Performance Optimization.
• Experience with SAP Transport Management System (TMS) and version control.
• Familiarity with debugging tools, runtime analysis, and SQL trace.
• Exposure to S/4HANA environment, Fiori/UI5 development, or CDS Views is an advantage.Preferred Skills & Certifications• SAP Certified Development Associate in ABAP or S/4HANA Development.

Misr Technology Services (MTS) was awarded a contract with the Ministry of Finance to “enhance the current trade across borders system in Egypt using “Single Window” concept”. The project was code named “NAFEZA”.
NAFEZA System is a platform upon which an integrated set of business applications operates to automate & orchestrate import/export/transit cargo clearance activities from cargo arrival to cargo clearance using a “Single Window” concept. With the project extension to implement “Advance Cargo Information“ concept to control the importation process prior to loading shipments from the countries of export, NAFEZA System currently controls the importation process end-to-end.
In this regard, NAFEZA System represents the single point facility for Egyptian importers, exporters, brokers, shipping lines, and freight forwarders (Trade Community) to submit electronic data/documents and/or lodge data to Customs remotely in a secure manner. It also represents the only façade for communication between the Trade Community and the designated government authorities operating inside and/or outside the port (Government). This is achieved using online services on NAFEZA portal. Furthermore, NAFEZA provides customers services through a network of Logistic Services Centers which MTS established at the ports.
