Job Overview:
We're hiring a skilled Traffic Shaping Specialist experienced with Sandvine to design, implement, and optimize network performance strategies. This role focuses on ensuring efficient bandwidth use and driving high availability through traffic policy enforcement and system insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage traffic shaping policies (#TrafficShaping #PolicyControl)
- Monitor and analyze network performance (#NetworkMonitoring #QoS)
- Collaborate on network optimization strategies with engineering teams
- Troubleshoot and support Sandvine-based solutions
- Ensure SLA compliance and evolve shaping strategy based on data
- Stay updated on evolving Sandvine technologies and traffic management best practices
Required Skills:
- Proven experience with Sandvine platforms (#SandvineExpertise)
- Deep knowledge of traffic management and QoS principles (#NetworkProtocols #BandwidthManagement)
- Proficiency in monitoring/analysis tools
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Optional Skills:
- Experience with DPI and Subscriber Policy Broker (SPB)
- Understanding of network security best practices (#NetworkSecurity)
- Certifications in network engineering or traffic management
