The Role
Samlink is a Kyndryl company.
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to strengthen our team.
Samlink develops IT solutions primarily for financial sector companies, such as banks, and we seek a professional who can bridge business needs with technical solutions.
In this role, you will identify and define business needs, problems, and opportunities, and provide solutions that help achieve the business' goals. You will gather and analyze business and functional requirements from customers and stakeholders. Responsibilities include defining new IT services or updating existing ones based on business needs. You will document and describe customer requirements in clear solution descriptions. Collaboration with development teams, solution designers, and other stakeholders will be essential. You will ensure that solutions support customers' business goals and follow the industry’s best practices.

Who You Are
You’re good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. However, equally as important – you have a growth mindset; keen to drive your own personal and professional development. Required skills and experience:

Strong business knowledge of banking operations and the financial sector.

At least 5 years of experience in requirement specification and business analysis in IT projects.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with various stakeholders.

Ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and analyze data effectively.

Experience with software development processes and understanding technical solutions is an advantage.

Proficiency in Finnish and English language.
A security background check may be performed for those selected to Samlink positions, in accordance with the company recruitment guidelines and the Security Clearance Act.
