As the Sales and Use Tax Associate/Analyst in our Center of Excellence, you’ll deliver compliance services for your multiple clients – all with the resources, environment, and support to help you excel. You’ll collaborate with the Sales and Use Tax team and be primarily responsible for preparing or assisting in the preparation of Sales Tax returns including accuracy and compliance with applicable guidelines and regulations, because together is how we succeed.

Your day-to-day may include:
- Prepare or assist in preparing simple to complex US sales and use tax returns
- Assist in resolving sales/use tax-related notices and queries
- Monitor, document and apply any changes in tax rates, tax laws for sales and use tax return preparation
- Collaborate as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide industry knowledge and experience
- Establish and maintain relationships with engagement team members at various levels
- Other duties as assigned
You have the following technical skills and qualifications:
- Associate degree in business-related major preferred
- Aptitude to follow firm standards and apply them accordingly
- Minimum one to two years of customer service-related experience preferred
- Critical thinking and analytical skills
- Aptitude for learning tax technical matters, workflow processes, and technology (proprietary tools)
- Excellent written and verbal English language communication skills
- A process improvement and knowledge-sharing mindset
- Execute effectively in cross-cultural business settings
- This role is an on-site role and will require individuals to work in person from the assigned office
- Can travel as needed
