Role Overview
We are seeking a Salesperson of character and commitment to join our team. The right candidate will not only excel in driving sales but also embody the moral principles that Bibinii Farms stands for:

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and win new customers including households, shops, restaurants, hotels, schools, and supermarkets.
• Manage existing customer accounts with honesty, transparency, and care.
• Promote Bibinii Farms’ subscription and bulk supply solutions with integrity.
• Negotiate fair and mutually beneficial agreements with customers.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets through consistent dedication.
• Keep accurate sales records and report truthfully to management.
• Conduct market research to uncover opportunities while maintaining ethical standards.
• Support brand growth through promotions and community engagement.
• Represent Bibinii Farms as a trusted ambassador at meetings, events, and trade fairs.

Qualifications & Skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• A proven reputation for integrity, honesty, and dedication to work.
• Ability to build trust-based customer relationships.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven.
• Familiarity with Ghana’s food and agribusiness market is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel locally for client visits.
