Role Description
Salesperson is responsible for generating detailed product knowledge and cultivating client relationships in order to create a sales strategy in line with the bank's strategy.
Work includes:
- Developing a deep understanding of client needs and expectations by ensuring regular contact and constantly researching appropriate sales solutions
- Building working relationships with origination, trading, research, client services, and operations to ensure effective end to end client/product delivery
- Operating within the relevant legal, regulatory and bank policy requirements
- Identifying and contacting prospective clients and building relationships to generate future sales and repeat business

Your key responsibilities
As FX & Rates Sales in GEM Asia India Local Markets India you will be responsible for:
- Pricing and executing Corporate and Institutional client flows
- Identify the risk management opportunities both onshore and outbound and increase the overall product density.
- Ideate new revenue themes in flows and derivatives
- Responsible for efficient execution, and pre and post trade activities
- Continuous exploration of overall platform enhancements with emphasis on flow automation
- Client engagement - Market share acquisition.
- ‘Home of Best Fit’ – ensuring that strategic processes are performed in the most efficient and cost effective location Regulatory & audit interaction – support leadership team in ensuring that regulatory and audit requests are managed professionally and diligently

- Knowledge of client landscape, regulatory landscape, and product landscape.
- Knowledge of genesis of Client flows (i.e. Export, Import, Dividend, Balance sheet exposure both onshore and outbound etc )
