Job Description
- Lead Salesforce architecture and technical teams leading end to end implementations in greenfield and brownfield scenarios.
- Design, implement and enhance application architecture on salesforce platform.
- Consult clients to shape their architectural vision and draw out a realization roadmap.
- Collaborate with other geographies capability leads and lead the efforts in building Salesforce capability in India.
- Respond to RFPs around salesforce and provide Salesforce related inputs in responses to ongoing RFPs.
- Design the solution framework for the Salesforce development team.
- Thought leadership around Salesforce in SSI and internationally as well.
- Create POCs for the client to help them understand the proposed solution and also drive the solution meetings with Customers.
- Understand the User Stories and provide accurate work-load estimates for ongoing implementations.
- Work in a consultative fashion to improve communication, collaboration, and alignment amongst teams inside and outside of the organization.
- Stay current on Salesforce releases, new features, product roadmaps.
- Troubleshoot existing Salesforce implementations.
Total Experience Expected: 10-14 years
Qualifications
- Bachelor / master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent.
- 8+ years of experience with Salesforce implementation.
- Implementation expertise on both classic and lightning versions of Salesforce
- Experience of implementing Salesforce modules in multiple contexts and at-least two business domains
- Good architectural insight and command over architectural concepts
- Conversant with Salesforce implementation best practices and approaches
- Functional expertise on sales, marketing and service clouds
- Expertise on ALM and DevOps concepts and their realization on salesforce platform
- Knowledge of Salesforce administration concepts
- Salesforce accreditations around development, design and architecture
- Good oral and written communication skills in English.
- Knowledge in SQL, PL/SQL , Java, C++ will be considered an advantage.
- Knowledge on XML, SOAP and REST APIs.
- Experience in working in SCRUM Team.
- Good understanding of Agile Methodologies.
