We're Hiring: Salesforce Systems Specialist
Location: Hyderabad India – Hybrid

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Service Cloud Developer to, develop, and enhance customer service solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Service Cloud and working knowledge of Field Service Lightning (FSL) to support end-to-end service operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize Salesforce Service Cloud solutions
- Configure and manage Cases, Queues, Escalation Rules, Entitlements, and Milestones
- Implement and customize Omni-Channel for intelligent case routing
- Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages
- Build automation using Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, and Email Alerts
- Implement Email-to-Case, Web-to-Case, Chat, Messaging, and CTI integrations
- Support integration between Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning (FSL) objects (Cases ↔ Work Orders)
- Perform testing, deployment, and production support
- Ensure Salesforce best practices for security, performance, and scalability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4 to 6 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
- Working knowledge of Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) including Work Orders and Service Appointments
- Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, and Salesforce Flows
- Experience with Omni-Channel, Entitlements, Milestones, and Knowledge
- Familiarity with CTI and multi-channel support
- Experience with deployment tools (Change Sets, Git,Flosum)
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
