We are seeking a hard-working Salesforce Support Engineer who will provide day-to-day support to Salesforce end-users (900+). You will partner with multiple Prologis Business Units and multi-functional teams to drive adoption throughout the organization and provide support. In addition, you'll be assigned special technical projects related to Salesforce Operations objectives. The successful candidate is passionate about supporting the adoption and growing the value of Prologis's Salesforce.com system.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide day-to-day end-user support and training for all Salesforce configurations, functions, and features.
- Work support ticket requests and provide timely resolution and end-user follow-up.
- Resolved customer service issues and skillfully managed complex customer service needs.
- Improving processes to prevent issues from recurring in the future.
- Assist with system maintenance and maintain a flexible and proactive work environment
- Drive end-user adoption, value, and return on investment.
- Deliver timely, accurate, and impactful business information.
- Review & troubleshoot support cases for use case accuracy; gaining functional expertise across the platform would be critical for this.
- Designing and conducting training sessions and updating training materials.
- Handle special projects as assigned. This includes annual and monthly reporting and ad hoc reporting.
Building blocks for success
Required:
- 3+ years’ experience of Salesforce Platform Administration
- Experience with data management and data quality assurance, demonstrating attention to detail coupled with a strong sense of urgency, accountability, and effective time management skills.
- Experience in handling complaints and stakeholder coordination
- Fluent English
- Preferred:
- Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills.
- Manage customer expectations and internal escalations
- Must have attention to detail, a dedication to quality, and customer happiness.
- Understanding of out-of-the-box Salesforce capabilities, worked with AppExchange solutions.
