The Opportunity

This isn’t just a Staff Salesforce Engineer role — it’s an opportunity to be a technical visionary and a true force multiplier within Sitetracker’s engineering organisation. You’ll own a critical strategic charter end-to-end, architecting scalable and resilient solutions on Force.com while influencing architectural decisions across complementary technologies like React Native and Spark. You’ll work on sophisticated engineering challenges across domains such as telecom and energy, delivering capabilities that directly enhance customer efficiency and unlock value.

Your success will be defined not just by what you build — but by the technical standards you elevate, the mentorship you provide, the innovation you spark, and the long-term architectural health you drive across the platform. If you thrive on technical excellence, strategic ownership, and building elite engineering cultures, you will find immense purpose and impact here.

What You’ll do:
As a Staff Salesforce Engineer & Tech Lead, you’ll take the lead in defining, executing, and raising the bar for technical excellence. You’ll collaborate deeply with engineering, product, and design partners across global teams and guide your development pod through clarity of thought, strategic technical prioritisation, and rigorous execution.

You’ll drive architectural decision-making, author technical design docs, lead implementation, solve high-complexity platform challenges, and ensure our systems remain performant, secure, and future-ready. You’ll be an active cultivator of engineering craft — enabling others to grow through mentorship, code reviews, pairing, and modelling best-in-class engineering behaviours. Your role will accelerate not only our software but our organisation’s long-term technical maturity and velocity.
