- Deliver enhancements and fixes that demonstrate quality, speed, and architectural alignment.
- Contribute meaningful insight through code reviews and technical recommendations.
- Build strong working relationships across engineering, product, and design.
Within 180 Days, You'll:
- Design, build, and release large-impact platform components or features.
- Serve as the primary technical reference for key modules in the stack.
- Lead incident investigations and drive preventative improvements.
- Identify areas of technical debt and initiate prioritised remediation efforts.
- Shape roadmap discussions by offering well-reasoned technical perspectives.
Within 365 Days, You'll:
- Drive a significant technical or product initiative from initial concept through launch, adoption, and stability.
- Elevate team technical maturity through ongoing mentorship, code quality improvements, and process refinements.
