- Lead the full lifecycle of Salesforce projects, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, documentation & production release.
- Collaborate with global teams to provide system support and conduct training to team member and guide technical
- Handle complex business challenges.
- Configurate, improve & implement reports and dashboards permissions & data management.
- Data transition and integration between multiple cloud systems such as HubSpot & NetSuite.
- Work using Form Titan, events software, Tax, Payment systems and more.
- Manage multiple projects on both an ongoing and an ad-hoc basis, working collaboratively across the global organization
- Participate in cross-functional teams that address strategic business issues involving Salesforce and sales operations

Requirements
- B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering / Information Systems
- At least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Implementer
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and the ability to work effectively across global teams and multiple functions
- Time management, ability to multitask, and propensity to handle urgent matters.
- Expert with Salesforce best practice
- Experience with Sales Cloud & Service Cloud
- Experience with complex Flows and automation
- Experience with SQL
- Familiar with Community Cloud & Ecommerce – Advantage
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills & with strong business understanding
- Fluency in English – Must
