What Are We Looking For?
We're seeking a talented and passionate Salesforce Solution Architect to join our growing Enterprise Applications team. You'll play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our Salesforce platform, ensuring it seamlessly supports our evolving business needs. This opportunity allows you to leverage your technical expertise and creativity to directly impact the success of our organization.
What you'll do:
- Design, architect, and implement Salesforce solutions aligned with our business strategy and requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical solutions.
- Work closely with business analysts to ensure user stories are well-defined, technically feasible, and aligned with the overall solution architecture.
- Participate in backlog grooming and prioritization sessions, helping to prioritize user stories based on their business value, technical complexity, and dependencies.
- Stay current with the latest Salesforce features, updates, and best practices to ensure we leverage the platform to its full potential.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other technical teams to ensure seamless integration with our wider technology ecosystem.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Salesforce solutions and processes.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Salesforce Certified Applications Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect certification.
- Proven track record of 5+ years as a Salesforce Solution Architect, demonstrating deep technical expertise in Salesforce platform configuration, development, and administration.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Flow, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations, including APIs and other third-party systems, with a preference for experience integrating Salesforce and NetSuite.
- Proficiency in data analysis, design, and management within the Salesforce platform.
- Experience building complex quote-to-cash solutions, including CPQ, billing, invoicing, self-service purchasing, and automated provisioning, with hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ preferred.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on finding creative solutions.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality solutions and maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Proven ability to effectively manage and prioritize user stories and tasks within a scrum framework, ensuring efficient and effective project delivery.
- Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results under tight deadlines.
- Flexibility and adaptability, comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and collaborating with global stakeholders.
- Experience working on a highly-collaborative, global team, across multiple time zones.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
