Our Commercial Feature Team
Now that we have been using SalesForce on its most straight-forward use-cases, we want to push it a couple steps higher and use it to make all our processes frictionless and our reportings automated. We are recruiting a developer with experience on SalesForce Lightning to work closely with the Product team and modelize the activity of the company on a Sales, Publishers, Finance and Tech aspect of things to deliver a best practice implementation. You would be in charge of the development of projects and improvement of our CRM platform.
What will you do?
- Work with the Product Team to understand, map and analyze our current business procedures in relation to Business
- Perform configuration and customization of the Salesforce.com platform.
- Develop and implement new features defined by the Product Team and needed by the Business Team using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura components and Flows
- Integrate multiple systems with Salesforce, including internal proprietary and third party applications
- Evaluate costs and benefits of future development for existing software, present proposals to the main stakeholders.
What will you bring to the team?
- Bachelor or Master degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar technical field
- Minimum five years experience with Salesforce development
- Ideally Salesforce Certifications, e.g., Platform Developer I, Developer II, JavaScript Developer I
- Fluent in English and ability to work with cross-functional teams
Bonus points:
- Salesforce Certifications, skills in Lightning Web Component
- Strong analytical mind
- Ability to gather and synthesize requirements, create a solution matching said requirements, test it, roll it out and train people on it
- Ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests and manage communication laterally and upwards
- Being able to adapt your speech from Technical to Sales people
- Passionate, innovative, and fast learner: We will provide strong trainings
- Ability to be heavily multi-tasking (involved in a lot of projects and business streams in parallel)
