Job Description
We are looking for a Salesforce Senior Developer responsible for basic and advanced configurations within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and contribute to Salesforce implementations and customization
- Develop CRM business functionalities aligned with organizational needs
- Design and configure custom objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, and security settings
- Work on Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and Force.com development
- Develop and optimize Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Implement approval processes, process flows, and email notifications
- Create and manage reports and dashboards to support business operations
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using SOAP/REST APIs
- Follow Salesforce best practices and coding standards
- Perform deployment activities between different Salesforce environments
Qualifications
- 3 -5 years of experience with the Salesforce platform with 2–4 implementations
- Strong expertise in Salesforce development & configuration, including: Apex development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Sales Cloud customization, implementationCustom Objects, Fields, Picklists, and Tabs, Security Implementation, Validation Rules, Workflow, Process Builder, Approval Processes, Reports & Dashboards
- Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems (ERP, Legacy Systems, etc.).
Additional Information
Good-to-Have
- Salesforce Developer Certification (Platform Developer I or II).
- Experience with Service Cloud and Community Cloud.
- Knowledge of Salesforce deployment processes and DevOps tools.
