About the RoleThe Senior Salesforce Consultant leads Salesforce projects and manages client relationships to ensure successful delivery and long-term partnership. In this role, you’ll combine strong project leadership with a solid understanding of the Salesforce platform, guiding clients through planning, execution, and adoption of scalable, best-practice solutions.
You’ll oversee timelines, budgets, and communication while ensuring technical teams deliver quality outcomes aligned with client goals. As a senior team member, you’ll mentor others, foster collaboration, and help organizations maximize the value of their Salesforce investments.
Key Responsibilities- Own and successfully deliver projects across a range of scopes (small, mid-market, and enterprise), demonstrating strong autonomy and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead the CloudMasonry project team to deliver high-quality outcomes, demonstrating strong delegation skills and effective communication.
- Consult with clients to identify solutions that align with their business needs and secure stakeholder buy-in for implementation.
- Establish strong client relationships by developing a deep understanding of their organization and building trust with key stakeholders.
- Provide strategic insight into Salesforce platform capabilities to help clients optimize processes and drive adoption.
- Facilitate client workshops, demos, and status meetings to maintain alignment and transparency.
- Mentor and support junior resources, fostering professional growth and delivering excellence.
- Identify opportunities to expand client partnerships through trusted advisory and value-added recommendations.
- Travel requirements are contingent on client needs and may range from approximately 25% to 50%..
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3+ Years of Salesforce Consulting Experience
- Salesforce Admin Certification - Required
- Salesforce Sales or Service Cloud - Required
- Ability to architect high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform
- Substantial project and client management skill sets
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Familiar with either Scrum or Agile project methodologies
