Job Description
Attain Partners is seeking a Salesforce Consultant to support our clients to utilize Salesforce (CRM) software to improve their business processes. This person will be involved in executing on multiple projects for our clients. Our ideal candidate has a post-secondary degree in computer science or a similar field, several years of consulting experience, and experience with Salesforce (SFDC) or a similar CRM software. You also need strong communication skills to help you translate technical concepts for non-technical clients.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the full software development life cycle (SDLC) of Salesforce implementations, from discovery through deployment
- Partner with clients to understand business challenges, objectives, and desired outcomes
- Analyze and document client business processes and requirements
- Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solution designs
- Provide ongoing communication and feedback to clients on development progress and milestones
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members to deliver projects on time and with high quality
- Contribute across all project phases, including analysis, design, configuration, testing, data migration, and end-user training
- Lead and/or support business development efforts
- Lead and/or support proposal development and solution design in support of new and expanded client work
Required Skills
- 3+ Years Experience with Salesforce
- Experience in a Business Analyst role
- Understanding of relational databases including data modeling, mapping and/or data conversion.
- Extensive knowledge & Experience with Salesforce Implementation and hands on configuration experience, inclusive of exposure to a variety of Salesforce products
- Hands-on in-depth experience using advanced Salesforce Flows
- Previous consulting experience or working experience in Higher Education and understanding Salesforce Education Data Model
- Performed hands-on application configuration with external system integration and data migration.
- Supported the development and delivery of training.
- Supported the planning and execution of system UAT.
Desired Skills
- Exceptionally self-motivated and directed as well as ability to set and manage priorities preferred
- Experience in business analysis techniques including requirements analysis, conceptual design, creating detailed design specifications, and quality assurance.
- Understanding of relational databases including data modeling, mapping and/or data conversion.
- Presentation skills, superior analytical, written, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills and ability to drive results.
- Ability to succeed in fast-paced, highly collaborative and team-oriented environments supporting multiple client engagements.

- Extensive knowledge & Experience with Salesforce Implementation and hands on configuration experience, inclusive of exposure to a variety of Salesforce products

Attain Partners is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The individual base salary for this position is unique to each candidate and will be commensurate with experience, education, and skills. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
