Location: Remote or Hybrid work schedule with 3 or 4 days in our Rockville, MD, office.
The Recruiter will share fusionSpan's culture and company values, as well as source and build a pool of qualified talent. This individual is data driven, comfortable working autonomously in an agile and fast-paced global environment, while also having strong prioritization and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Source potential talent on LinkedIn and/or other online platforms
- Review resumes and manage talent pipeline in ATS
- Review pre-screened calls to analyze applicants' abilities fitment
- Interview candidates utilizing various interview methods
- Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies
- Write and post job descriptions
- Draft job offer letters and conduct professional reference checks
- Identify process improvements to the interview and evaluation process
- Support office administration tasks in the Rockville office as needed
- Other projects as needed on the People Team
Required Qualifications:
- At least 2+ years of recruitment and sourcing experience for technical roles
- Proven ability to proactively work with hiring managers to drive the recruitment process
- Technical knowledge to help facilitate conversations with prospects
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience recruiting technical resources (e.g. solution architect, business analyst, developers)
- Experience utilizing job boards, cold-calling, and other sourcing mechanisms
- Experience using and managing an applicant tracking systems (ATS)
The anticipated salary range for this role is $60,000 - $100,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and may vary accordingly.
