You will guide internal and external teams through testing efforts across system, integration, functional, regression, and end‑to‑end testing activities using an adaptive‑agile methodology.
You will be instrumental in reviewing requirements, creating test plans, participating in sprint ceremonies, and ensuring that all Salesforce functionality—customized or declarative—meets defined acceptance criteria and organizational standards. This role is also critical in identifying risks early, collaborating with technical teams to triage issues, and ensuring quality assurance is embedded throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Participate in Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Demos, and working sessions as part of an agile delivery team.
Review business requirements and provide early feedback to identify potential gaps or risks.
Validate fixes for defects and verify they do not introduce unintended impacts (regression).
Review and evaluate user interfaces for usability, accessibility, conformity, and functional accuracy.
Ensure user stories align with acceptance criteria and meet quality standards across all environments.
Collaborate closely with Salesforce developers, declarative specialists, business analysts, and PMs to ensure delivery quality.
Support creation and maintenance of test data and test documentation used throughout QA cycles.
Contribute to the improvement of QA processes, tools, and methodologies across the project and broader QA function.
What You Will Need:
Bachelor's degree (Relevant experience may be substituted for formal education or advanced degree)
Minimum of THREE (3) years of Quality Assurance experience, specifically testing Salesforce applications.
US Citizenship is contractually required.
Strong understanding of Salesforce functionalities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning, and Salesforce data models.
Experience with QA methodologies, SDLC, STLC, and testing strategies.
Hands‑on experience with test automation and QA tools (e.g., Selenium, test automation frameworks, JIRA).
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills for collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
Strong attention to detail and ability to translate requirements into effective test scenarios.
Ability to adapt to the evolving Salesforce ecosystem and rapidly changing features
Salesforce Certifications such as: Salesforce Certified Administrator and Platform App Builder
Salesforce QA‑related certifications (if applicable)
Experience designing, improving, or standardizing QA processes, metrics, and tools.
