🌟 What You’ll Do
- Lead Salesforce projects from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including analysts, developers, and testers.
- Oversee the configuration and customization of Salesforce solutions.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other systems.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Provide training and support to end-users and ensure adoption.
- Stay up to date with Salesforce innovations and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing Salesforce projects and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce functionalities, workflows, and integrations.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Good level of French.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Experience working in agile environments is a plus.
Job Location and Residency Requirements:
- This position is based in Portugal.
- Applicants must meet residency or eligibility criteria to work within the country (example: a residence permit or work visa).
- Proficiency in Portuguese is preferred.
