Job Summary:
We are seeking a Project Manager – Salesforce to spearhead and manage our Salesforce initiatives across our organization. This leadership role will oversee the design, delivery, management, and growth of our Sales Cloud Salesforce implementation, ensuring we maximize the platform’s potential for customer experience and business outcomes.
Essential Job Functions:
- Lead and grow Salesforce implementations and execution roadmap
- Oversee end-to-end Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations and connected infrastructure solutions
- Gather scalable Salesforce capability requirements by collaborating with key stakeholders to define scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, success metrics, and prioritization
- Manage the software update testing process, which includes devising test plans, creating test cases, establishing protocols and appropriate testing environments and coordinating actual software testing
- Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, configuration, and governance
- Drive business adoption by facilitating requirements, host user enablement sessions, develop visuals and communication tools
- Use an Agile approach for tracking identified system roadmap planning and problems through resolution
- Assess internal user satisfaction and concerns and act as technical support for all Salesforce initiatives reported by the business
- Be readily-available and willing to ‘roll up your sleeves’ to get things done and enable the sales team for success
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Postgraduate degree, a professional qualification, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of total professional experience and/or relevant internships
- Proven experience managing Salesforce implementations including integrations and/or migrations
- Salesforce certifications strongly preferred (Salesforce Certified Administrator, Advanced Admin, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant)
- Technical project administration skills
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate technical details into clear, actionable insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Understanding of relational databases and data integration tools
