Salesforce Product Owner

SF PO is together with other members of the SF Product Management Team responsible for achieving success of the product. She/He is also together with other members of the SF Product Management Team accountable for effective Product Backlog Management. For this, him/her will cooperate with our main clients (BU’s) and with the Central Business Owner of the Digital Marketing&Lead Generation pillar

What you are going to do

• Together with other members of the Salesforce Product Management Team creates, communicates (clarifies) and orders Product Backlog Items on the Product Backlog
• Drives all product-related activities of her/his Scrum Team from stakeholder collaboration, verification, maintenance, operation, experimentation, research and development, and anything else that might be required
• Drives Product Backlog Refinement of her/his Scrum Team
• Is accountable for maximizing the value of the product resulting from the work of her/his Scrum Team
• Supports Product Manager in continuous definition and evolution of the Product Vision and the Product Roadmap, being the owner of the stream that is he/she is reponsible for and, as well, the agents/customer journeys that reflect this stream
• Supports Salesforce Product Manager in maximizing the overall value of the product resulting from the combined work of all Scrum Teams
• Represents her/his Scrum Team in the Salesforce Product Management Team and as well represents the Product Manager in her/his Scrum Team
• Recommended to have experience in SFMC and/or working on digital marketing/customer journeys

We offer this job fully remote as a virtual assignment. As part of this role, you will have an employment contract under the local collective labour agreement (CLA) from one of the 11 countries where NN operates. This means you can apply for the job if you reside in one of the countries where NN is located (Netherlands, Belgium, Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Spain, Greece, Turkey, Japan). Who you are:

• Education: University
• Language: English C1 - Advanced
• Experience: 2-5 years
• PC skills: Standard user - text and table editors/creating graphs and presentations

Specific knowledge of systems, processes or products:

• Advanced knowledge of and experience with agile software development
• Basic knowledge and understanding of Scrum framework. Basic knowledge of SAFe as a scaling framework
• Advanced stakeholder management, communications and negotiation skills, customer& user centricity, team player, result oriented, problem solving
• Basic knowledge of Salesforce Platform (Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud)
• Basic user experience (UX) skills
• First level Product Owner certification (PSPO or CSPO). SaFe POPM certification as an advantage
• Ability to manage virtual teams

• You will support country development of SF collaborating with NN International team (in a cross-country environment) to meet local and global objetives
