The Salesforce Product / Business Owner connects business needs with Salesforce delivery for Residential HVAC (RHVAC). This role owns the product vision, roadmap, and backlog to ensure Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions deliver business value. The position partners with teams across digital, IT, customer experience, sales, and marketing to turn business priorities into scalable solutions that improve performance, adoption, and customer outcomes.
What you will do:
- Own and manage the Salesforce product roadmap and backlog for RHVAC, aligning enhancements with business goals and user needs
- Serve as the voice of the business by gathering requirements and translating them into actionable user stories for development teams
- Partner with Agile teams during sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to clarify priorities, scope, and delivery timelines
- Validate that Salesforce solutions meet business requirements, support strong user experiences, and deliver measurable value
- Communicate priorities, progress, enhancements, and best practices to stakeholders to drive alignment, transparency, and adoption
- Lead a team of approximately four individuals, with accountability for team development engagement, and overall performance.
What you will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of experience in customer experience, IT, business systems, or related fields
- Experience with Salesforce platform capabilities, implementations, and CRM best practices
- Experience in a Product Owner, Business Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role managing backlogs, user stories, and delivery
- Experience with business process improvement, integrations, reporting, and large-scale platform adoption
