Position Summary
Atleast 3-5 Years of Salesforce experience preferably in a Production Support Role and worked in a large Salesforce ecosystem supporting multiple federated product and Engineering teams.
Required Qualifications
Act as point-of-contact for incidents, escalations, and major events impacting our Salesforce Platform.
Provide Tier1 Support and partner with Salesforce Success teams/federated delivery teams in case of major incidents or Salesforce cases.
Own monitoring & alerting across core platform services, APIs, scheduled jobs, flows, and integrations,drive proactive remediation and post‑incident problem management.
Partner with Security & Compliance on audits, data residency, PII/PHI handling, and SOX/ISO controls; maintain evidence and runbooks.
Drive org health : Technical Debt remediation, Apex limits, flow/subflow performance, governor limit management.
Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Admin : profiles/permissions, sharing, flows, metadata deployments, sandboxes
Have ability to handle bugfixes on his/her own and be able to own delivery up to Production.
On-call rotation for major incidents and release windows.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Admin/Advanced Admin preferred.
Platform Developer / Platform App builder will be a plus.
Experience / Knowledge on Agentforce/Data cloud will be a plus.

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related Field

The typical pay range for this role is:
$79,310.00 - $158,620.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
