The opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic Salesforce Personalization Solution Consultant who can design and implement personalized customer experiences using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP). You will serve as a trusted advisor, leveraging expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization to implement real-time personalization strategies, managing dynamic content, and integrating customer data to drive customer engagement and business growth. Candidates having hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud preferred.

What you’ll be doing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as business, marketing, product, and data science teams to identify and define personalization opportunities. 
  • Conduct discovery sessions and act as technical consultant, translating client requirements into actionable solutions and create technical documentation, solution architecture diagrams, and implementation roadmaps
  • Develop and implement personalization strategies, data-driven campaigns, and customer journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization
  • Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization with external systems and data sources for real-time customer insights.
  • Configure and validate campaigns on websites and apps through MCP, manage catalog changes, implement site mapping and provide consultation to apps development team on MCP Mobile SDK integration. 
  • Provide technical support and training for end users, for managing, tracking, executing and customizing MCP campaigns. 
What we want from you
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and configuring Salesforce Marketing Cloud personalization solutions, specifically, integrating MCP with E-Commerce websites
  • Strong hands-on experience creating sitemaps in MCP
  • Proficiency in Javascript/JQuery, HTML, CSS
  • Strong understanding of API integrations and data management
  • Knowledge of data-driven marketing concepts, A/B testing, and digital marketing best practices. 
  • Hands on experience working on Salesforce Data Cloud. Preferable if have experience integrating MCP with Data Cloud
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for technical issues

Skills Required
