We are seeking an experienced Salesforce professional to lead the functional and technical delivery of Salesforce solutions supporting Net Zero and sustainability initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring extensive Salesforce implementation experience, strong hands-on development capabilities, and the ability to translate complex sustainability requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.

This role will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, and delivery teams to design and implement innovative Salesforce capabilities that support sustainability, ESG, carbon management, and Net Zero objectives.

Key Responsibilities

               · Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of Salesforce solutions for Net Zero and sustainability programs.

               · Engage with business stakeholders to understand objectives, gather requirements, and define practical solution approaches.

               · Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.

               · Design, develop, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.

               · Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, automation, reports, dashboards, and security controls.

               · Design and implement integrations with external systems using APIs, middleware platforms, and event-driven integration patterns.

               · Support data migration, data quality management, data modeling, reporting, and dashboard development.

               · Ensure solutions align with Salesforce best practices, performance standards, security requirements, and enterprise governance.

               · Participate in solution reviews, code reviews, testing, deployment, release management, and production support.

               · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for continuous improvement.

               · Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance throughout the delivery lifecycle.

               · Contribute to Agile ceremonies, planning activities, estimation, and delivery tracking.

Required Qualifications and Skills

               · 10+ years of experience delivering Salesforce solutions in enterprise environments.

               · Experience supporting sustainability, ESG, carbon accounting, or Net Zero programs.

               · Knowledge of Salesforce Net Zero Cloud.

               · Strong functional knowledge of Salesforce implementations and business analysis.

               · Hands-on experience with:

                                             o Apex

                                             o Lightning Web Components

                                             o SOQL and SOSL

                                             o Salesforce Flows

                                             o Salesforce integrations and APIs

               · Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or custom Salesforce platform development.

               · Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security architecture, sharing rules, permission sets, and governor limits.

               · Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

               · Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and delivery teams.

               · Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

               · Proven ability to work across complex, large-scale enterprise programs.

               · Experience with MuleSoft or other integration and middleware platforms.

               · Salesforce certifications, such as:

                                             o Platform Developer I or II

                                             o Salesforce Administrator

                                             o Platform App Builder

                                             o Architect-level certifications

               · Experience with DevOps tools, source control, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.

               · Experience supporting enterprise data migration and data governance initiatives.

Education

               · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

               · Salesforce certifications.
