- Work to Become a subject matter expert and business administrator for nCino and Salesforce.com.
- Partner with business teams to increase visibility of nCino data, improve overall processes & drive system adoption.
- Support the daily activities required to maintain and grow our Salesforce. com/nCino capabilities.
- Gather complex business needs from a diverse set of stakeholders.
- Effectively compile and document business needs into features necessary for systems design, development, and implementation.
- Ensure that the development work maximizes value and is aligned with overall business strategy.
- Collaborate with key business stakeholders, IT and the nCino team to ensure successful product roll outs and releases.
- Work closely with team members to provide day-to-day support to our rapidly growing pool of users on incidents and work with the technical teams on problem resolution.
- Contribute and assist with detailed communication and implementation plans to ensure minimal disruption.
- Effectively radiate information to business stakeholders.
- Adheres to and complies with applicable, federal and state laws, regulations and guidance, including those related to anti-money laundering (i.e. Bank Secrecy Act, US PATRIOT Act, etc.).

Bachelor's Degree required
- At least 1 End to End Project as nCino Business Analyst
- One year+ nCino or Salesforcecom experience
- Financial services experience preferred
- Experience in nCino Treasury preferred
- Knowledge of the Commercial Lending and Banking in relation to both processes and regulations a plus.
- Basic knowledge of requirements development, information systems, and business process design.
- Must be passionate about understanding user needs and critical business processes.
