Job Role - Salesforce Marketing Cloud Senior Developer
We’re looking to add a dynamic Salesforce Marketing Cloud Senior Developer to the Astound Digital team. The SFMC Senior Developer has a deep understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and can design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
In this role you’ll get to:
- Create and maintain strong client relationship at the stakeholder level
- Collaboration with other cross-functional team members to translate business needs of the clients and product requirements into new solutions
- Interact at the highest level in client organizations, support to client customers who use the system, effective cooperation with the engineering teams to continually improve performance and user experience
- Working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing cloud
- Identify and recommend solution to internal process improvements to management team
- Identify and prepare for market trends to develop and deliver innovative solutions
Your skills and qualifications
- 3+ years of senior-level work experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement (formerly ExactTarget)
- 5+ years, HTML, CSS, Responsive, Email, CRM and/or Email Coding
- 3+ years’ experience in Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Data Extensions, SQL, AMPscript, SSJS
- Bachelor Computer Science, Data Science, Digital Marketing, or related degree
Good to have:
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer certification
- Experience working in modern cloud ecosystems, such as Azure, AWS or GCP.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer certification
- Understanding of compliance principles- CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other email laws and best practices.
- Deep experience configuring the SFMC Data Model in Contact Builder (or Salesforce Data Cloud)
- Experience with OOTB Preference Center and building Custom Preference Centers.
- Experience building Cloud Pages for landing pages, forms, surveys, dynamic content capture etc.
- Knowledge of email and mobile A/B testing and optimization approaches.
- Experience with Litmus/Email on Acid testing platforms.
- Implementation experience with MobileConnect and Mobile Push
- Implementation experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization
- Implementation experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence (formerly Datorama) (desired)
- Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud for Marketing (desired)
