Job Overview:

Gigmo Solutions seeks a Marketing Automation & Salesforce Administration Expert to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of end-to-end marketing automation using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. In addition, this role will oversee Salesforce Administration responsibilities, ensuring seamless integration and alignment across our Salesforce ecosystem to support our SaaS marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Setup and Management
    • Configure and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) for efficient campaign execution.
    • Set up and manage Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and other SFMC tools to support automated customer engagement.
    • Collaborate with Salesforce Admins and other teams to integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and other platforms, ensuring data flow consistency.
  • Salesforce Administration
    • Manage Salesforce user accounts, roles, permissions, and security settings to support marketing and cross-functional teams.
    • Ensure data integrity and best practices for data maintenance, including routine audits, data backups, and validation rules.
    • Configure Salesforce fields, workflows, reports, and dashboards to enhance productivity and ensure alignment with marketing goals.
  • End-to-End Marketing Automation
    • Design and implement multi-channel, automated workflows for lead nurturing, scoring, re-engagement, and retention programs.
    • Develop data-driven, multi-touch campaigns that boost conversions and support customer lifecycle goals.
    • Analyze and optimize campaigns for better lead generation, engagement, and customer experience, leveraging Salesforce and SFMC insights.
  • Segmentation and Personalization
    • Create customer segmentation strategies using SFMC’s Audience Builder and data extensions for highly personalized messaging.
    • Implement personalization techniques across campaigns, using dynamic content, customer journeys, and triggered messaging.
  • Data and Analytics
    • Utilize Datorama and SFMC analytics tools to track campaign performance, engagement, and conversion metrics.
    • Generate actionable insights to enhance campaigns, with regular reporting to stakeholders on key performance metrics.
    • Ensure compliance with data privacy standards, maintaining Salesforce and SFMC data integrity.
  • Collaboration and Cross-functional Coordination
    • Partner with product marketing, sales, and customer success teams to align campaigns with company goals.
    • Train team members on marketing automation and Salesforce best practices, ensuring the SFMC and Salesforce platforms are leveraged effectively.
    • Work closely with design and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand alignment across campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing automation and Salesforce administration, specifically with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Proficiency with SFMC tools (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio) and Salesforce CRM.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS marketing, customer lifecycle management, and CRM principles.
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting (Google Analytics) and Salesforce reporting and dashboards.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Administrator certifications.
  • Experience with SQL, AMPscript, and other scripting languages for advanced functionalities.
  • Knowledge of the SaaS industry’s marketing and data needs.
