YOUR ROLE
Working closely with business and technical stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role that goes beyond traditional administration. Salesforce is not just our CRM—it is the cornerstone of our entire operations, seamlessly connecting Marketing, Sales, and Delivery teams. Highly customized with advanced configurations and integrations with multiple other tools, Salesforce serves as the single source of truth for critical business domains including sales, contracts, accounts, production, and revenue. With around 300 users spanning the entire organization, your expertise will directly impact how decisions are made across Shift Technology.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administer and maintain Salesforce CRM, including user management, security, flows, reports, and dashboards.
- Provide training and support to end-users to maximize adoption and productivity.
- Collaborate with the business teams to identify new requirements.
- Configure Salesforce to meet business requirements.
- Document processes, configurations, and changes.
- Monitor integrations with other systems (Hubspot, databases, internal webservices…)
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong understanding of SI architecture and data model best practices
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce implementation
- Strong understanding of Salesforce declarative tools and reporting
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce coding concepts (Apex, Lightning web components).
- Experience with data management tools (Data Loader, Salesforce Inspector, Workbench).
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams in English.
