Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in Apex coding, Lightning, and GoLang. You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing customised solutions within the Salesforce platform to meet our business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
Utilize your expertise in GoLang to integrate Salesforce with other applications and systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications, extensions, and integrations.
Ensure the quality and performance of Salesforce applications through unit testing, code reviews, and performance tuning.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and other team members.
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, process flows, and user manuals.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, and end-users, to deliver optimal solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a deep understanding of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
Strong proficiency in GoLang and experience in integrating Salesforce with other applications.
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration.
Experience with Salesforce APIs, web services, and third-party integrations.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II) are highly desirable.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with other programming languages and frameworks is a plus.
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Master of Computer Applications (MCA).
