What you will do?
- Manage and optimize the day-to-day operations of Salesforce and other business applications to support business growth.
- Lead new projects through the entire lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, training, and documentation.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for the GTM team, providing insights and training on system best practices.
- Ensure high standards of data integrity and quality across CRM and business applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and effective use of CRM tools.
What you have?
- 2-4 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, including Flows, Validations, Permission Model, and Reporting – mandatory.
- Familiarity with business applications such as Dealhub, Outreach, Zoominfo, and Zendesk
- Strong understanding of the sales process and pricing systems.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data and processes.
- Proven ability to translate business processes into effective system designs.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
