About This Job
The main purpose of this job is to serve as a strategic partner to the Commercial Line of Business, providing system analysis, design, and first-level support for Salesforce users. This role promotes user adoption and data integrity, collaborates on system enhancements, and drives process improvements through thoughtful analysis and documentation.
Essential Functions
- Analyze business needs and translate them into functional Salesforce solutions 
- Gather, document, and validate business and system requirements; define scope and objectives 
- Facilitate consultative meetings and document functional specifications, process models, diagram flows, and user stories in collaboration with project teams 
- Document product backlog items and support reporting needs for enhancements. Prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact and complexity. 
- Support CRM project phases including documentation, QA and UAT testing, and implementation 
- Provide first-level support for Salesforce users, resolving issues and answering inquiries 
- Maintain accurate records of support activities and user interactions 
- Investigate and document system-level problems; recommend and implement solutions 
- Partner with development teams to address reported issues and test enhancements 
- Promote best practices to ensure data quality and consistency across Salesforce 
- Collaborate with sales teams to support reporting needs, resolve data issues and improve system accuracy 
- Drive user engagement and adoption strategies across business lines 
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, Visio, and Outlook 
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required 
- 3+ years experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM system 
*Hybrid Schedule: In office 2 day per week

The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for any applicable differentials (geographic, bilingual, or shift) that could be associated with the position or where it is filled. At Commerce, compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each situation. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay is $80,000 to $107,000 annually.
