Salesforce Experience Cloud Developer
Location: Remote (WFH) - Manila, Philippines Metro Area (with availability during US time zones)
Position Overview:
As a Salesforce Experience Cloud Developer you will be responsible for supporting Salesforce CRM products including all third-party software integrations, most specifically within Experience Cloud. Taking a leadership role in projects, you will be the primary point of contact for Thunder's Customer Success Manager (CSM) and clients, and will delegate cases to all project team members. You will also be accountable for each project team member’s performance within the project. Ideal candidates are Subject-matter experts in your field and as such, will provide mentorship to the more junior members of the team!
Our Salesforce Developer will:
- Manage cases and tasks assigned on a daily basis
- Work on and resolve cases within the specified SLAs
- Handle all basic administrative and development functions such as, but not limited to, user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, data management, etc
- Design, configure, and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems using SOAP and REST APIs, other Salesforce APIs, and ETL tools.
- Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors and the application development teams
- Collaborate with members of the user community to define and document development requirements
- Participate in reviewing the business user and product requirements, and application design
- Provide an accurate status report to the project lead consultant
- Provide end user support, work on configuration changes, bug fixes, and minor enhancements
- Act as the immediate point of escalation for Associate Consultants, Consultants, and Developers
- Subject-matter expert who can provide assistance to anyone who seeks help
Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience developing specifically for Salesforce most specifically within Salesforce Experience Cloud (fka Community Cloud)
- Strong knowledge of LWC and Apex
- Strong experience with Salesforce integrations: SOAP and REST Web Services/APIs, other Salesforce APIs, and ETL tools
- Demonstrated mastery in relational databases, object-oriented programming, software development lifecycle, algorithm analysis
- Mastery of languages like Java, Javascript, C++, C#, CSS, HTML
- Great work ethic
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, team environment
- Creative, critical thinker, analytical (ability to think out of the box)
- Good problem-solving/troubleshooting skills
- Time-management and priority management skills
- Effective communication skills (i.e. able to translate technical requirements into business language)
- Ability to be proactive, and work efficiently and productively with very minimal supervision
