How You Will Contribute:
- Architect and implement complex Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications.
- Make critical decisions on architecture, scalability, and performance trade-offs.
- Define and enforce best practices in development, security, and platform governance.
- Manage and mentor a distributed team of Salesforce engineers, fostering growth and accountability.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions that deliver measurable value.
- Build and scale engineering capacity to meet evolving business needs.
- Collaborate across global teams to drive alignment, transparency, and shared goals.
- Lead initiatives to modernize CRM capabilities and explore emerging Salesforce technologies.
The Must Haves:
- 10+ years of Salesforce development and architecture experience.
- 3+ years in engineering management or technical leadership roles.
- Salesforce certifications like Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Application Architect, or System Architect.
- Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and drive collaboration remotely.
- Demonstrated success in making impactful technical decisions in enterprise settings.
- Knowledge of Agentforce and AI technologies.
The Assets:
- Experience in global delivery models with distributed teams.
- Familiarity with integration platforms like MuleSoft or other middleware.
- Exposure to enterprise-level CRM transformation programs.
- Success in AI project rollouts and technologies outside the Salesforce tech stack.
