Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications to support customer data aggregation and management.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or middleware tools.
- Optimize workflows and automation using Process Builder, Flow, and related tools.
- Build reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Conduct testing, debugging, and deployment of Salesforce components.
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure high system performance and data security.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Engineer or Developer, with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, etc.).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, workflows, and automation tools.
- Familiarity with CRM processes and customer data management.
- Experience in the automotive or luxury goods industry is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Salesforce certifications (Developer, Platform App Builder) are preferred.
