The Opportunity
As a Salesforce Engineer you will be responsible for transforming design and product vision into working product and you will develop, customize, and enhance functionalities of Salesforce. You will contribute to development of a cutting-edge platform that empowers our organization's digital capabilities for Patients and Healthcare Professionals.
Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with other agile/scrum team members to craft clear user stories, design tests for prototypes and products, and continuously deliver product enhancements


  • Maintain and develop for digital products (client facing application side) and continuously delivers enhancements through CI/CD practices.


  • Develop and customize Salesforce Experience Sites (formerly Community Cloud) using Lightning Web Components (LWC) to meet business requirements.


  • Integrate Salesforce Community Cloud with other Salesforce products and third-party applications.


  • Optimize community performance, security, and user experience.


  • Use agile engineering practices and various software and Web development technologies to rapidly develop creative and efficient solutions that enhance the customer and employee experience


  • Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates, best practices, and industry trends related to community development.


  • Continuously reach out to demonstrate and validate developed functionality


Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems analysis, product management or a related study, or equivalent experience.


  • 3+ years of experience developing software as a full-stack developer with strong orientation towards Salesforce based technologies and having worked in DevOps model and agile methodologies.


  • Ability to work in complex environment and enjoy working autonomously.


  • Knowledge of working in a multi-org salesforce platform architecture and its supporting infrastructure components.


  • Proficiency in building Experience Sites (Salesforce Experience Cloud) using Lightning Web Components (LWC).


  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce configurations.


  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


  • Salesforce Certified Community Cloud Consultant certification is a plus.


  • Experience with code refactoring, design patterns, design-driven development, continuous deployment, highly scalable applications and application security


  • Sound problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly process complex information


  • Ability to write and speak in the English language.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Heroku or working in the medical industry.
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II certification.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
