We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Lead Consultant to drive our Salesforce Sales Cloud efforts, coordinating cross-functional teams and enhancing system efficiency. This role focuses on user story management, QA/UAT, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement of our Salesforce system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • User Story Management: Own end-to-end Jira story management, ensuring clarity, alignment with business objectives, and timely progress reporting.

  • Quality Assurance (QA) & User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Oversee QA/UAT tasks to ensure solutions meet business requirements, guiding feedback sessions with stakeholders.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the primary link between stakeholders and development teams, clearly communicating project goals, timelines, and managing expectations.

  • Team Coordination: Ensure team clarity on priorities and deadlines, manage resources effectively, and resolve any bottlenecks.

  • Technical Leadership: Act as a Salesforce subject matter expert, guiding hands-on development and customization, and troubleshooting complex issues.

  • Project Delivery: Lead Salesforce projects, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure successful, timely project delivery.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for automation, integration, and optimization to enhance system performance and business ROI.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in stakeholder management and delivering well-managed, on-time projects.

  • Strong QA/UAT coordination skills and proactive problem-solving abilities.

  • Exceptional communication skills for articulating project updates to diverse stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

  • 5+ years in Salesforce configuration and administration; certifications are a plus.

  • Proficiency in agile methodologies and tools like Jira.

  • Experience with direct sales and channel partners is a bonus.
