We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Salesforce DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will drive collaboration between system administrators and developers to ensure seamless integration and development propagation across environments. You will play a critical part in enhancing our CI/CD processes, optimizing system availability, and fortifying environment security. This position is ideal for a professional who thrives on improving workflows, automating deployments, and ensuring robust, secure, and efficient system operations. Your expertise will directly contribute to the scalability, reliability, and security of our infrastructure while fostering cross-team alignment and operational excellence..
- Build, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient and reliable deployments.
- Work with development teams to integrate and deploy applications seamlessly.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
- Document processes, configurations, and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
- Ensure Salesforce (SFDC) environments adhere to security best practices.
- Collaborate with system administrators to enforce least privilege access.
- Monitor and address security vulnerabilities in Salesforce, including API security.
- Work with the Salesforce team to implement secure integration practices for external and internal systems.
