Position Summary
6 + years of Salesforce DevOps experience, preferably with tools such as Copado, AutoRabit, etc., demonstrating a strong automation-first mindset and experience working within a large-scale Salesforce ecosystem supporting multiple federated product and engineering teams
Required Qualifications
Lead and execute Salesforce code deployments for releases, including care, maintenance, and governance of all Salesforce environments (sandboxes), aligned with the CIBTD (Continuous Integration, Build, Test & Deployment) framework on the Salesforce Enterprise Service Platform.
Directly support and guide multiple application development teams operating on a multi‑program, federated Salesforce development platform.
Maintain and manage code across multiple Salesforce environments, ensuring consistency, stability, and deployment readiness.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of version control using Git, including branching strategies, merging, and build configuration.
Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Platform capabilities, including Unlocked Packages, SFDX, Apex, Lightning, and Vlocity.
Exhibit mastery of advanced Git operations, such as conflict resolution, cherry‑picking, rebasing, and re‑baselining code.
Design, implement new , and manage existing CI/CD pipelines using one or more leading DevOps and automation tools.
Set up, integrate, and support security code‑scanning tools such as Snyk, Checkmarx, ApexPMD, SonarQube, and similar platforms.
Integrate the DevOps pipeline with automated test suites, ensuring tests are triggered post‑deployment for every release.
Advocate for and automate manual deployment steps, continuously improving release efficiency, reliability, and repeatability.
Take ownership of DevOps pipeline architecture, driving continuous improvement through proactive identification of gaps and optimization opportunities.
Work independently while demonstrating strong collaboration and communication skills, partnering effectively with large onsite and offshore engineering teams

Certified Salesforce Platform Developer 1 Required
Certified in Salesforce Devops Product like Copado,AutoRabit etc
Platform App builder will be a plus.
Experience / Knowledge on Agentforce/Data cloud Deployments will be a plus.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$83,430.00 - $166,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
