Who We’re Looking For:
Digital Mass is adding a Salesforce DevOps Developer to our growing team. We are looking for a technically strong professional with a passion for automation, source control, and release engineering in Salesforce environments. This role is focused on designing, building, and maintaining enterprise-grade deployment pipelines, owning release processes, and enabling development teams to deliver changes safely and efficiently across multiple environments. As part of our delivery team, the DevOps Developer will collaborate closely with Salesforce developers, architects, and project stakeholders to ensure deployments are predictable, auditable, and aligned with best practices. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a continuous-improvement mindset are essential.

Digital Mass is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position is $110,000- $155,000. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
